Areas of Focus
I offer individual therapy for traumatic events, relationship issues, burnout, life changes, self-esteem issues, perfectionism, divorce, anxiety, depression, work-life balance, and goal setting.
Trauma
​Many, if not most, people encounter traumatic events in their lifetime. I specialize in providing evidence-based therapy to help individuals overcome the effects produced by enduring traumatic experiences. Trauma can occur at any point in our lives. When we are children, we may have experienced events that have caused an imbalance in how we engage in our present-day relationships. However, a traumatic event can occur at any time in our life. Sometimes, we may second guess if we "really" experienced trauma. What matters is how the event has impacted YOU, not the "size or severity" of the event.
